The short version
We collect the URL you submit, your name, email, and phone number — only when you choose to give them. We never sell your data. We never spam. We use what you give us to deliver the scan, the Blueprint, and (if you ask us to) the rebuild.
What we collect
When you submit your URL on the home page, we collect the URL itself and the timestamp of the request. If you proceed to the Blueprint capture page we additionally collect your name, email address, phone number, and an optional "how did you hear about us" note.
Like every web server, our edge logs record your IP address, user agent, and the timing of your visit. We retain these for 30 days for abuse prevention.
How we use it
Your URL is used to run the AI Visibility scan against your site. The scan reads your live pages, your robots.txt, your sitemap, and any structured data — the same surface ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews see.
Your contact details are used to email or call you about your Blueprint and (if you become a customer) about the rebuild. We do not market unrelated products to you.
Who we share it with
Nobody. We use a small set of operational vendors — Cloudflare for edge hosting, Resend for transactional email, Neon for our database, Stripe for payments — and your data only moves through them as needed to deliver the service. We have a data processing agreement with each.
Your rights
Email privacy@websiterecycling.com at any time to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. We respond within 7 days.
